I've spent the better part of a year learning new technologies and growing the team. This has been both challenging and rewarding. I'm still trying to strike the right balance between work and personal life, but it's getting better with the additional team members to help carry the load.

It feels like everyone is striving to do their best and that we are all working for the same big picture goal!

When the team is aligned and a lot of good work is completed. We can go home feeling good about our collective effort.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are clear and forthright with communicating the state of the company as best they can. They are approachable should I ever need something.
