I have been at the company for almost 3 years now and thats right about when it started we have had our growing pains but our executive team has been ironing them out so everything runs smoothly and we have proper procedures

Most of my team works pretty hard and doesnt complain much

The fact i havent had to pay for any medical appointments is pretty nice
