Crusoe has a lot of promising things that they can do, but they need to plan and communicate it better. This has been my response for the almost 2 years I've been working here and it has not improved.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along and can work together well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some of them do care, and want what will help their employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is really nice, the time off was a huge benefit until they harshly limited it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Crusoe needs to have a better plan for enacting their goals, there is to often a time when entire departments have absolutely no work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Planning and better communication from higher ups. They have good ideas which I can get behind but they do not execute them in a reasonable way.
