Very low pay. They don't understand that we pay for gas, wear and tear of vehicle, repairs, higher premiums, and all for a 2-3 dollar run. The Google app is misleading at times and sometimes the voice don't work which puts drivers at risk.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive is rare, but when it occurs I would say meeting new people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
No interviews just complete a form, pass the background and go to work without any directions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay your drivers. Fix your Google Map. and stop relying on Google to predict the time to arrive. Google does not calculate red lights, traffic or other details.
