Until the gas prices made this unsustainable, it was a enice side gig. I really would like to feel a little more respect from the corporate headquartrs and see the rates increase. They are the only company who is blatantly refusing, and no a point gas card with 5.00 won't cut it.

Bad dashers will stay and the valued workers will find better, you reap what you sow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is unethical to not bump the pay with the gas prices. Nobody cares about a dumb gas card, we want a guarantee.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be decent, look at the gas prices. Many feel slapped in the face and unvalued. You will retain the less than ideal dashers you want representing you.
