Account deactivated for no reason. Once deactivated every rep refused to give me my missing pay from my last completed order. Every rep I've spoken to since either hangs up on me, disconnects the Chat or blatantly lies on the record line or chats about my money
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They all need to be trained again as this experience of them not paying me my last check and giving me the run around about it has been horrible
