I'm a DoorDasher and truly this job has a lot of pros, but one of the cons is that the people working at the corporate level make way more than us (the dashers) that are getting wet when it rains, cold when it's snowing, and hustling to deliver in a timely manner.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to interact with others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Dashers get paid pennies compared to the employees that work at the corporate level. Meanwhile we are the ones working the hardest and obviously they don't care because we are contractors.
