In the pursuit of more orders and revenue, they lose sight of fairly profitable orders for themselves, let alone dashers. That chase for revenue, is a hindrance to both quality and fair pay. Ultimately creating more problems without any value added in reality. Investors may inevitably see it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Not applicable, as contracted drivers, we may find comraderie locally or online but not as traditional teams.
What did you like most about the interview process?
As a contractor, I was alive with a valid driver's license. No moving violations or criminal background. So enjoyed the ease of getting in after checking all of that. I'm wondering about the parameters of those background checks on some drivers that I've met.
