When I first got hired on I thought that things would be different but shortly after I was hired in I noticed my manager and shift lead had favorites. Over my course of being employed I witnessed a lot of wrong doing go unnoticed. Employees came in drinking,smoking on the clock etc
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Others were offered more than me mean while I did more than they did.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We should have team meetings and other coworkers need to be held accountable including managers
