What did you like most about the interview process?

There wasn't one. I never had to do an interview.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being able to refrain from taking the employees tips to pay the deliver fee. It's help anyways

What makes you most happy at work?

Riding to or from delivering an order, getting to blare my music loud enough to drown out the world.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is just me and maybe a customer service agent on occasion. I do not believe I can truthfully answer this question properly.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I am my own boss and choose my own schedule. I enjoy the freedom and flexibility it gives me, allowing me to take charge of my earnings and adjust as needed. If I have an unexpected bill, work more. Have extra money at the end of the week...work more but save. I don't have anyone barking orders.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Receiving all of it. They state that drivers get 100% of the tip. After DD takes the delivery fee from it..then we get the rest so we do TRULY get all of it just not "all of it" as intended. It should be DD base pay+delivery fee+every penny of tip+any bonuses. Their statement is a little misleading.
