Doordash is an awful company to work for they dont care about their employees as individuals we are just a number to them. I know they take money from the tips we earn based on customers asking if I got their whole tip and because of the difference from doordash to grubhub

I have built some relationships/friendships with people in the restaurants I go to
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work for another food delivery service and I get orders from $4-30 everytime I'm on a shift, doordash definitely takes part of our tips I usually only get $4-6 dollar orders. They deactivated my account because someone used my personal info to create another account and they didnt even call me
