Overall I love the flexibility and the perks. The pay could be a bit more substantial however considering how much multi tasking and having to deal with some difficult situations and customers many times. For the most part, a slightly higher pay rate would be ideal.

Did not have to talk to any higher up. Very easy process.

There really is no team. You mostly work alone unless you run into a couple dasher from time to time.
