Best sales role I've ever had. I've had a lot of sales roles in my past, and I am a firm believer in its not how you start, its how you finish. I believe this role is allowing me to finish and be successful. Just wish the starting base salary for sales reps was higher at 55K or even 60K.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
300 characters wont do my explanation justice. I value this company. I think they value me, at least I feel that way. This is by far the best company I've ever worked for. Here's to it only getting better in the future.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The comraderies between everyone, I just feel like we're one big family working hard together to win.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm my own business, and how I run my business determines my success. I control my destiny, and I like that.

Being able to watch my success grow in my role. Learning from my peers, implementing feedback and techniques to just win baby.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish the starting base salary was higher for inside sales reps. It needs to be competitive and start much higher at 55K or even 60K per year depending on experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everything is so seamless. The culture here is undoubtedly the best in all of sales. I've been with many companies in the past, and I finally feel I have found my home, my career.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The way our managers take care of us, and the fact that we do have lives outside of the office, makes me feels like I'm wanted here and that my hard work does not go unnoticed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about our leadership team is that they overachieved on all goals in making this company one of the best sales and culture companies in Austin. I have worked in many sales roles, bar far this company is the best to do it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That they are awesome, supporting, mentors, that won't hesitate to help someone whether they just started or for someone who's been here for awhile. Our sales team is the best. Seriously one of my highlights of my day is coming into the office being able to interact with my colleagues. LGB.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The time off, the swag, the all hands on deck, the many cool outings the company has as the year goes on; not to mention the free lunch, and almost always stocked kitchen. Absolute best culture for a work environment. I'm sure I forgot something but in short, this company is awesome!
