Reflective of a typical startup environment. Wishing for a 4-day work week due to the high number of mandatory in-office days. While the startup culture is present, the benefits are somewhat average. There's room for improvement in supporting employee wellness, such as providing workout benefits.

I really appreciate the flexibility that has been shown while the comp plan is still in develop. i.e. going back to pay on sales items from earlier in the year as the comp plan is being adjusted. It sends the message that management cares about comp and recognizes our work effort

My comp plan is designed with "no actual data" to back it up. Therefore it was created and designed to change as the role develops. I have expressed concerns about the goal being too high and the pay being too low. Other organizations pay higher wages for this role. I expect more compensation.

The overall benefits package is not as good as other companies that I have worked for. A look into better health benefits, company-subsidized benefits, or better retirement programs would be something that could help.

Better health Insurance. Base salary is not up to par with the amount of work that is put in. Also the salary for my positions is well below the Austin Market average
