What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they care about our personal wellbeing, and do not treat work as the most important thing in our lives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am able to see other positions available with full WFH options that pay significantly more. Additionally, the contributions I have provided are beyond the scope of the general job responsibilities. I make less at this job than I have in the previous 3 positions that I have held.
