What I like best about the leadership team is the amount of trust and freedom I have to go out and accomplish the goals they set forth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is the diverse set of backgrounds everyone one has both personally and professionally. I feel like the team is comprised many different view points that can quickly get problems identified and solved.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is my first fully remote position but even though I haven't met a single person at the company I feel welcomed and a part of the mission and feel like my opinions can quickly and easily be heard and discussed by my team and others.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Oddly enough what I like best about my compensation package is the fair pay with no bonuses hinging on some company or personal metrics. I operated under those requirements at many other companies. With this set up and my fair pay I can just focus on doing good work.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy to work at Fetch is what some might consider the best of both worlds. I can work fully remotely while still pushing the boundaries of my industry. This lets me have so much more family time while not feeling like I am "falling behind" in my career.
