Fetch is one of the best environments I have worked in. The employee actually matters, there is no "you are below me" mentality when talking to higher ups/leaders/executives. Emphasis on work-life balance, the company consistently does engaging events, people are encouraged to improve themselves

Incredibly motivated and all around just amazing people. Good to great is a value we all live by and I am consistently amazed and delighted with the quality of work and projects that my teammates produce.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The overall company culture is VERY inclusive. At least 30% of my team members have horror stories from previous work positions regarding the treatment they endured because of lifestyle choices, sexual orientation and identity etc. People feel like they belong and are accepted and it really shows

Very approachable and transparent, the wins are celebrated and highlighted and areas of improvement are called out in a non-negative way and resources are focused and made available to correct the shortcomings. The goals and vision are clear and the entire company lives the good to great motto
What makes you most happy at work?
I am given a lot of opportunities to define my own side projects. The amount of creative freedom to explore problems/ideas/improvements or anything else is unparalleled and I feel like my motivation and happiness are at a all time high while developing skills I otherwise would not have much chance
