How open and honest they are with their plans and strategies. Communication lines are always open and are always there to hear new ideas. Truly feel appreciated as an employee and person.

How friendly and easy to talk to they all are. We can always find something to talk about and sometimes after meetings we stay on the call just to work with someone and not feel alone in the crazy world.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Usually, companies that say they give unlimited PTO really mean that they are constantly keeping tabs on how much you take and use it against you in reviews, but here it is viewed and handled as I believe it should be - that it is an actual perk and not a selling point!
