I generally love the company, but it's really disappointing to see the gulf between the CEO's intentions and the way the CTO acts. What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do believe that Wes's heart is in the right place, but he can't control everything. It was jarring to have him talking about how supportive the company wants to be to employees who have less privilege during the town hall, and then hear we no longer sponsor green card visas
