What makes me happy at work is knowing my efforts are noticed and appreciated. I enjoy being useful and knowing that what I accomplish is valuable and being depended on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open ended lines of communication/open door policy. Everyone seems willing to take the time to talk to each other about anything. The CEO was willing to talk with me when I approached him.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My favorite part of my team is how we all get along an respect each other. We all seem to understand the work and we all do it together so and there seems to be comradery due to our mutual effort and we all communicate well and have fun chatting with one another
