I generally love going to work. But there is much confusion when it comes to sick days. I shouldn't be worried about losing my job because of sickness.

We treat everyone (customers) with the same respect and dignity

Serving my regular customers and when they compliment or recognize my efforts tomorrow them satisfied.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Moat them are friendly and i enjoy being able to chat with them as we work
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together to get the job done and we help each other with any questions or troubles that arise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting more hours. And not feeling like im on the chopping block when I'm sick or feeling like my hours for the next week will be cut due to sickness.
