Everyone cares about keeping a wholesome environment. We arent aggressive with one another and check on each other. We celebrate each other's wins and generally care.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers need to overcome the fear of the company becoming more "corporate", which people say a lot whenever a suggestion for defined processes and more efficient workflows are suggested. Complaints that so many people are involved in a process when that's often the most efficient way in the end.
