For me Google is a fast paced place to work with no real mandate as to what you need to do, but a lot of pressure to do things that are considered high impact by your VP. You can learn a lot and have infinite resources to do so, but in the end showing results is the main job you have.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very present with multiple meetings and updates that everyone has access to. They are approachable and answer a lot of questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Usually upbeat. People have no worries at Google because of the benefits so they focus on work. It is nice to work with people that are not stressing about money.
