What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The company follows a collaboration philosophy that leads to poor decision making and no responsibility for decisions. We often spend more time trying to reinvent the wheel than we do solving our unique problems. Googlers always want to do something new, hence 5 chat apps.

Too many consultants at the top who have never actually done the job before and have a tendency to manage up only and punch down.

We only focus on role related knowledge and subject matter expertise in 25% of the interview... but we do spend time on problem solving called general cognitive ability but we leave out some critical parts of general common sense.
