What did you like most about the interview process?
The food and the campus was really nice. People appeared to collaborative but at the same time they were competitive. The company will also hire a lot of teenagers.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
transparency to the interviewee on why things go slow. Most of the time interviewee thinks they are not good so company is not interested but in reality the company is swamped with resumes and scheduling of all interviews which causes delays.

be little more transparent to applicants. online tests so people are filtered based on some technical ability that they know they didnt have if they fail.
