everything is fantastic quite frankly

Heath issurance and the 401

Review from Sales Dept

The 10% off, but it is only for HEB products.

I. Like. The. Benefit. And. Pay

I get Discounts on own brand products

receiving a free turkey on thanksgiving

The best part about my conversation package is it starts off fairly well although the percentage stuff that goes on at the warehouse is not very substantial or sustainable due to just ethical and integrity issues but it's decent

Medical coverage life insurance. Flex card

Insurace because we need it

Vacation pay, insuranse packe and holidays

It's a fair package for all

The health benefits are phenominal.

Review from Customer Support Dept

It meets my salary expectations currently enough for me to live securely.

You get a small pension.

Profit sharing and my pay

Great insurance. Great retirement plans.

Needed for my needs in my life

Review from Operations Dept

all of it is awesome

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Getting paid a living wage would be a start. It's hard to come to work and be my best self/push myself when I am worried about how I'm going to pay rent or whether I should pay a bill or get groceries for the week.

Review from Product Dept · Posted 4 days ago

Im part time which means that I cant qualify for the stock program. I also do not make a viable wage and am not scheduled enough houra in a week.

Realistically get benefits as part time. Real raise for real effort

Posted 22 days ago

More hours. More benefits for part timers.

the company engages in unnecessary timewasting

I need more resposibility and pay and when i go full time i will get the benefits

I am trained to do so much and have been there for 4 years and I feel underpaid

Yes, and one thank you could go a long way. We're constantly disrepected no one likes the job.

work to pay ratio and when trainee we get skulled when trainee doesn't understand

good partners should be fulltime

I so the save job as my lead. An im paid leas. New hires make 3 dollar less than me an i have put 10 years in. I stared at 9 an hour they get 15. Let me not forget they get a raise every 6 months and im lucky if i get a raise in a year. Equal pay for equal work

No recognition, or care. And a salary that pays fairly for all the contributions.

Employees are treated differently in Pleasanton. Some may get a pay differential for working overnight while others dont. Some may be working overnight on a trail basis and not get the pay, while another is getting the pay. "trial" periods goes on forever, so no fulltime or benefits

If you offered to help out in a time of need they will really overwork you and take advantage. They pay everyone completely different even if they have the same amount of experience and job title.

There seems to be some effort to understand our plan but it can never help be too prepared too understand what our plans offer

Vacation time, higher pay, more than 15% off....whole foods does DOUBLE that for workers

HR didnt listen to my concerns about the woman that harassed me and my coworkers

The hourly rate needed to afford an apartment in Dallas is about $20 an hour. They pay $15

Because i work so hard and everyday and i dont get any recognition

There are no bonuses or stock unless you’re there for three years and get it after you quit a year later from heb. The pay was average but had to do more than other job
