It has been great. I think that the time to balence work and home life is hard because we have meetings that start at 730 and have to work before that and then can'tt log off till 5 is tough. the 34000 a year starting pay is pretty tough

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The starting wage for a new hire is justso low that you are having to live paychech to pay check and if you dont get promoted within those 10 months its almost hard continue
