My experience at IG has not been great. I have been here more than two years. I am pushed more when I am seeing success by already overworking myself. This company only cares about employees who are already past their breaking point because they care about turnover.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do a lot of happy hours.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commission structure is great. My salary is terrible.
What makes you most happy at work?
Clocking out. Seriously, the work day is miserable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Rewarding successes instead of demanding even higher performance. Not burning out employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are pushed to their limits. Everyone is. Nobody is having a good time, so it is very hard to meet deadlines.
