Overall, it has been a good experience. I have challenged myself, I have learned a lot, I have pushed myself past limits I did not know existed. I do enjoy my work, I think there are always area of improvement.

When the small wins are celebrated,, my clients feel appreciated and when I am able to positively impact someone else.

We genuinely care about the success of one another. We strive to help each other out and have good personal relationships.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do like the personal relationship aspect of our company. Caring more about your peers allow to encourage them more and be happy about their wins.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to what our competitors are paying (strictly just base salary), it is hard to justify that we are paid fairly. For the amount of work we put into the job, I would expect our base salary to be higher. I know cost of living is different as well but other offices even make $20k more in base alone.
