I love how much ive grown at such a young age. My business accumen is so strong. Ive been encouraged to think for myself, make mistakes and learn from them. Its definitely a nonstop grind and can be very stressful, but rewarding.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sales people work so hard, foot on the gas for months, constant grind. You can do all of the right things and so much can happen where you lose commission. The base is so low, whenever my commission isnt up, it brings on so much anxiety.
