I have had a crazy journey at Insight Global. I have now had 4 roles and each of them had their different perks as well as drawbacks. To be honest, thought about leaving in the past. The reason I didn't was because I couldn't wrap my head around leaving Insight Global and employees.

The most positive thing about our culture is compass. Compass really makes you get to know your team better and become closer.

I feel like I struck gold with my team. When we first met, it was like we have known each other for years. Everyone supports each other in every way possible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Insight Global is a massive company and has thousands of employees. Our leadership really goes out of their way to not make you feel like another number and truly care about each and every employee.
