I have been with the company for over 6 years and am so happy with the positive changes that have happened throughout my time here. I've learned that not every company offers the level of support and opportunity that Insight Global does. I feel very lucky and proud to work for our company.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I get to help people get jobs every day. Aside from that, my coworkers and team that I get to partner with!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are very close-knit and collaborative. I feel like we work together well as a team and everyone is very supportive and involved in each others growth and goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The uncapped commission and the base increases for milestones. I will say that the commission structures of Account Managers vs. Pro Recruiters is drastically unequal and I feel that it needs to be adjusted, but overall I am happy with my compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are supportive, they listen and I believe they personally have my best interests in mind. I know that if I need something I can reach out at anytime and I will be heard. I feel like they have my back and that my growth and happiness is important to them!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We adapt to changes and the world around us. We are inclusive and are always striving to be a better company and to make a positive impact on the world around us. We've also prioritized DE&I, philanthropy, and doing our part to help the environment in most recent years, which I think is awesome.
