It is a good position to have right out of college. You learn a lot of valuable skills and have the opportunity to be developed quickly. I do not think everyone gets a great work/life balance and we are not paid properly from how hard we work each day. When we have PTO available, there is pushback

I think the base salary is very low, we work hard but pay does not reflect that. The company is very commissioned based and is out of our control at times, which results in unreliable income.
