There have been highs at Insight Global but I have had more lows. I do not have good leadership and feel like I often figure things out on my own. I also have a horrible work life balance and I do not always been that this company brings out the best in me. Positive - The people here are amazing.

they're good people and they care about me as a person
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think our base salaries are really low and our 401k match policy is really bad (only match $250 a year). You also have to work crazy hours in order to be remotely successful.
