My overall experience is positive. My professional career will have peaks and valleys, as I am currently in a valley, I feel confident I will have long term success here, monetary and otherwise. I trust that I have job security with this company, and if I work hard, they will take care of me.

Commission structure is unmatched. I wish we had a stronger LTI and retirement program.

I take our culture for granted. It's really special to be surrounded by inspirational people and role models. There is always somethin to learn from the person next to you, and we cultivate a culture of leaders.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work I put in directly affects my success. We make a choice to work hard. I can fail one million times, but I know the one time I succeed, it makes up for all the failures.
