Coming from corporate tech companies like Amazon and Microsoft it was a big change for me. However, I've loved seeing the growth of Insight Global as a company in the past five years. Our renewed focus on people both personally and professionally is refreshing and I'm excited for what's to come.

I like the LTI package we are now offered. I also love the amazing reward contest trips we get to go on.

The opportunity for constant and new challenges. To work with my team who are eager and happy to help. And also the opportunity to drive solutions across ever changing environments.

I love the positivity, professionalism, and work ethic our team has. We have a work hard play hard mentality. Everyone is very supportive of one another and build each other up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While they have a work hard mentality, they are compassionate and care about us. They believe in finding a balance between work and personal life. The leadership team at Insight Global has built an amazing culture around taking care of our people that is rare in the corporate world.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a focus on taking care of people. This a reoccurring theme. We do it by financially supporting those in need to help them through difficult times, through providing support as needed when our work load becomes to heavy, and through our focus on taking the time needed for mental health.
