I made a big leap of faith taking a huge pay cut to work here and I wouldn't change a single thing. I couldn't be happier being a part of this company and what we stand for. I'm looking forward to many more years of success here am thrilled to be a part of this organization.

Every one of my teammates and coworkers working collectively as a unit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They aren't tied to one team or another. Initiatives and goals are clear and widespread to everyone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is caring, genuine, and great to be around on a daily basis. There are no false narratives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel valued and that I do make good money, but comparatively with the workload I have compared to others that have much less on their plate at the same level making much more money does make me feel uneasy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Always feeling at home. I've had jobs in the past that I would dread waking up for each morning and that is an awful feeling. Each day I wake up excited to interact with some of my best friends and team up to get quality work done.
