Accepting the entry level role in 2017 was the best decision of my life. On a personal and professional level, every aspect.

they are my best friends outside of the office

a steady base salary in a sales organization is nice, but i am able to double my annual comp based on performance.

i grow, i learn, I get to positive impact other peoples lives and i get to do it with people that i genuinely care about.

I have the opportunity to impact my annual comp every quarter and then I am additionally bonused at the end of year with investment options in IG's success.

They make me want to work hard and be better not only for my own means, but I want to do that for them too, because we are better-together.

no matter your role, if you have a positive attitude, you are coachable, and a strong work ethic.. The people here will ensure you see success; no matter what

it is unique and cherished consistently. You are encouraged to be yourself. you WILL be successful at IG as long as your effort is there, you have a positive attitude and you are coachable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
because of them, I have everything I need. I am supported, challenged, cared for and set up for success. My leadership makes sure our company mission is not just a statement. I am set up to consistently grow professionally, personally and financially.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is unique, but most of all fulfilling to work for a good friend. I feel genuinely cared about as a person, and I am positively but consistently challenged to be better, be a solution maker and an excellent communicator. My leadership has changed my life in and out of the office.
