To be honest, after this "mandate" rolled out, I do not feel secure at this company or excited to be apart of this company at all right now. I've been with the company for 6 years, hit multilpe sales contests, opened up a new office, sacrificed for my company's betterment and I do not feel supported

eagerness to learn - however obtaining information or being resourceful is an issue

seeing hard work come to fruition and pay off, seeing someone else succeed when I helped them get there
