I cannot say enough good things about IG. I started in 2019 and the personal and professional growth I have seen in just 2 years is truly insane. I feel like a different person and I cannot wait to continue growing at this company!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commission structure is great for Account Managers. I will most likely make 6 figures this year which is just absolutely insane considering I just turned 25.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love teaching and mentoring others on my team. I also love being able to come through for clients with amazing candidates, and see the financial rewards from a job well done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are all incredible people and the hardest workers I know. They motivate me to always keep pushing and to be a better person every day. I could not ask for a better team!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is extremely hardworking and is always motivating those around them to be the best versions of themselves. The company is structured such that if an individual wins, we all win, which I think is great!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I truly love and respect my Sales Manager, Jo-Ann Merheb. She cares about me and my teammates both personally and professionally. She has made me believe in myself as a female in the corporate world and I could not be more grateful for her guidance and support!
