A very good place to work, especially at the entry level. A lot of turnover on the entry level, but the opportunities are there for anyone who takes ownership of their work.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very supportive of new initiates, and does not shy away from challenges. We will take ownership of problems even if the problems are not necessarily within out purview.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very open and friendly and willing to answer questions/help. There's not much stifling/micro managing by hierarchy. If you have a good idea, you will be allowed to try it.
