After 10 years, I continue to describe this company as a family. I miss them when I don't see them in a long time. When I'm challenged in thinking I'm in the right place, I have team members outside of my org that help me gain perspective and alignment without judgement.

Each team member brings something different to the table and we strive to produce and delivery impactful tools.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company has included the departments in LTIs. To me this demonstrates that they care if we are financially invested.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership walks the walk and talks the talk. It's easy to see how they strive to live out the core values of the company on a daily basis.
