I have been welcomed as an employee after 15 years of contract work, even though I said I would not be an employee for anyone. I enjoy this experience more than contracting. I hope to be here for many years to come!

I believe it is fair, everyone wants more money, but I did accept this position at this compensation.

Being able to do the job I was hired for and the appreciation that comes from my internal customers! I love being able to help make their jobs easier in any way that I can!

I love the enthusiasm that is brought to the table every time a presentation is done. Bert gets me motivated to do better and think outside the box. I love the culture and the goals they are striving for.

I would have to say collaboration and weekly meetings. We get together to learn about each other and other jobs. This makes it a bit easier to understand my job and direction our department is headed to better the overall company.
