I feel there has been no discussion of pay and it's like almost frowned upon to bring up.

We get along well as a team, and most of us work hard every day to understand our roles. I feel challenged to grow and learn always
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very friendly and ready to help! I do not ever feel like i can't ask questions, no matter who I am asking or what role they are in. Also the activities provide a great opportunity to meet new people and build friendships.
