Although I started only 3 months ago, I feel a sense of belonging and that I am truly a value to my team. My manager gives encouraging feedback and makes it a point to give me the platform to showcase my skills with other leaders and teams. Also, free daily lunches is NICE!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that my leaders trust me to do what they hired me to do. They trust my judgement and value my opinions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we have a casual approach to so many things. It removes that "protective" layer and allows you to truly be your whole self at work!
