Being paid at least market average for my role, and having a competitive match for 401k. We make a lot of money so it seems more than feasible.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I can count on my team and department, knowing that I work somewhere that cares about my growth, and the flexibility I have in choosing if I come into the office or work from home. There is a really emphasis on kindness and being there for others. It's a very supportive environment!
