The leadership team is making their best effort to establish best practices and efficient processes for the company as a whole as we continue to grow at an unmatched rate.

What makes you most happy at work?
The happiness/excitement stakeholders express when my team deliverers a dashboard that helps them work more efficiently and saves hours of time makes me happy. Contributing to the overall success of IG while working with amazing people makes me happy!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part, I feel VERY comfortable coming to work as I am and being myself with my coworkers. There are some differences from dept to dept, but IG has created an environment that allows employees to work hard together AND laugh together. The positive culture has given me lifelong friends.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have over 5 1/2 years experience with IG, starting in Revenue and moving up to IT ~3 years ago. I have incredible knowledge of our business. BUT I am paid $15k less (at min.) than market value while my dept is hiring people w/ starting salary of ~$40k more (at min.) for equivalent roles.
