Motivating - supportive - creative - unique - fun- down to earth - open minded - hard working - willing to listen, help, mentor. I can feel comfortable sharing my vulnerabilitiws and ask for help. They can and will do the same. growth and personal devlopment are inevitable with this model.

Everything. The negatives feel easy and become kearning lessons for the future. It is still hard, challenging and tiring - but the only way to grow is to struggle.
