STARTS, the level of reward that comes from getting someone a new career opprotunity is the best feeling

My team is supportive and encouraging, ALWAYS. regardless of tough things may get, they are always in my corner
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is genuinely invested in their team members. I feel heard and seen by the leadership of my team, office, region, and company as w hole. IG does an excellent job of making sure we are taken care of.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The staffing industry is rigorous and fluctuates more than ever before. Recruiting requires a lot of drive and dedication which often takes a toll on my mental and emotional well being. I believe the base salary, given the ebb and flow of the industry and the toll it takes, should be a bit higher
