Overall positive - we certainly have growing pains when it comes to responding to change. We tend to react IMMEDIATELY to any sort of issue rather than gaining feedback from the field before reacting. But, I do feel very supported and cared about by my leaders.

I am not just a number; they know me personally and professionally, shout out my successes and help me solution my gaps.
What makes you most happy at work?
Watching my Account Managers and recruiters be successful. Nothing makes me happier than someone's huge smile, no matter how big or small the win was.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That our business model is backed by something we really care about - positively impacting those around us. It really allows me to see the "why" in everything I do and to keep myself grounded.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Sales Manager role is very under compensated. We are compensated for growing our people and market, but we are responsible for so much more than that. There is a ton of noise distracting us from effectively growing our spread, so we are constantly working overtime. Need a raise or an assistant
